DMARC monitoring and domain protection

Stop criminals sending email as your domain

FlashFortify reads the DMARC reports that Google, Microsoft and other mail providers send about your domain. It shows exactly who is sending as you, what to fix, and when it's safe to block everything else.

  • Report data held in the UK
  • Clear, published rules
  • No email content collected

Why it matters

Anyone can put your domain in the "From" line

Email was built without proof of who sent it. DMARC fixes that: it tells receiving mail servers to check SPF and DKIM, and what to do when a message claiming to be from you fails. Most organisations publish a DMARC record but never move beyond monitoring, because they can't see which of their own services would break. FlashFortify makes that visible.

Phishing and invoice fraud

Spoofed emails from your domain reach your customers, suppliers and staff looking completely genuine.

Deliverability

Gmail and Yahoo now require DMARC from bulk senders. Unauthenticated mail is more likely to land in spam.

Assurance

Customers, insurers and auditors increasingly ask whether your domains are protected. Show them the evidence.

How it works

From "p=none" to "p=reject" without breaking your email

Point your reports at FlashFortify

Add one address to your DMARC record. Nothing to install and no access to your mailboxes. Mail providers send daily reports, which we collect and analyse in AWS London.

See every sender and fix what fails

Each server sending as your domain is named and categorised: compliant, needs attention, or suspicious. Each one comes with the specific SPF or DKIM change to make.

Enforce with confidence

A readiness score shows when it's safe to tighten your policy, and gives you the exact DMARC record to publish next. Alerts tell you if anything changes.

Features

Everything you need to protect your domains

Sending sources, explained

Every sending IP is identified by its verified reverse DNS and named where it's a known service, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or SendGrid.

Journey to p=reject

A readiness score based on at least two weeks of data, a list of what's blocking the next step, and the exact record to publish.

Domain health checks

Live checks of DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MX, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI. Includes the full SPF include tree and its 10-lookup limit, a common silent failure.

Alerts that matter

An email when a new server starts failing DMARC as you, or when someone changes your DMARC, SPF, DKIM or MX records.

Parked domain protection

Lock down domains that never send email. Import hundreds by CSV and get the exact records to publish for each one.

Built for teams

Sign-in with enforced multi-factor authentication, owner, admin and viewer roles, and a full activity log.

Why FlashFortify

Answers you can check, not a black box

Every verdict in FlashFortify comes from a published rule that you can read in the product. That covers source categories, health scores and readiness. You can see exactly why a sender is flagged and why we say it's safe to enforce, and you can explain it to your auditors.

UK data residency

Report data is received and stored in AWS London (eu-west-2). Raw report emails are deleted after 30 days.

Privacy by design

We only process aggregate reports: sending IPs, message counts and authentication results. We don't request forensic reports, which can contain personal data and message content.

Made for the UK market

Plain-English guidance, UK spelling, and support for parked domains in line with UK NCSC advice.
